Back in form. Was a little disconcerted by yesterday’s performance, but there are from time-to-time workouts that are just inexplicably bad. Then there was the niggling concern that maybe my intense group efforts in the hills just aren’t all that great for the endurance, paced side of my running. It’s early yet, though. Today I had a little rain on my side, cooled the air.
