Now that I’m focused on it, it’s everywhere. A multitude of joggers with flappy arms and a skew leg. I’ve thought about pulling over once or twice to intercede, “You know, your right leg is really flying out to the side when you run. Are you aware of that?” Well, not really.
And it’s not so easy to remediate. Sure, easy enough to put a foot down so that it points forward, most of the time. But what that foot and leg do when they disappear behind you? Who knows?!
I’ve been looking around at running blogs. But I haven’t found the right ones yet. Suggestions? For the moment, I’ll produce my numbers updates later in the week.
